RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We aim to ensure customers receive products in good condition. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be returned if:

  • It is defective or damaged on arrival

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • It does not match the item description

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Firearms (unless defective and assessed by a qualified gunsmith)

  • Ammunition

  • Custom-ordered items

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us through our website or store.

  2. Provide the order number and reason for the return.

  3. Wait for approval before sending the item back.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

4. Assessment

Returned items are inspected. If approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement

  • A store credit

  • A refund (if suitable)

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer covers return shipping.

7. Firearm-Specific Returns

Firearm returns require:

  • Inspection by a qualified gunsmith

  • Compliance with all firearm laws

Refunds or replacements for firearms can only proceed after assessment is completed.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed if the item is in unused condition and approved by our team.
